ACI Innovation Award

The “Empowering Aboriginal Women to access Colposcopy & Gynaecology Services in Rural and Remote NSW” project run by OAMS in partnership with the Rural Doctor Network and the Royal Hospital for Women won an ACI Innovation award in 2014.

NSW Health Secretary’s Award

The “Empowering Aboriginal Women to access Colposcopy & Gynaecology Services in Rural and Remote NSW” project received the NSW Health Secretary’s Award at the NSW Aboriginal Health Awards 2014 – an award recognising closing the health gap between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people and a focus on program design and innovation.
